NO FAULT INDUSTRIES, INC., CHANGES NAME TO PATHWAY SURFACES, INC.

COMPANY ALSO INCREASES RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF SAFETY PRODUCTS

Baton Rouge, La., February 14, 2005 – No Fault Industries, Inc. has changed its company name to Pathway Surfaces, Inc., effective immediately. The company promotes, sells and installs SAF DEK™ surfaces. The SAF DEK™ safety surface is a leader and premier product in the poured-in-place, rubberized playground safety surfacing industry. The company will continue all of its current operations and business relationships under the new name.

The company ownership and leadership will not change. The current officers are:

§ Jack S. Rome, Jr. – Chairman and CEO

§ Onalise D. Malik – President and COO

§ Jay Ratelle – Vice President – Louisiana Office Production Manager

§ Brian Andersen – Vice President – California Office Production Manager

§ Don Heil – Chief Financial Officer

“We are committed to accelerating our sales growth in 2005.  The new name, Pathway Surfaces, is more descriptive of our company, our vision and our employees – we want to lead our industry down the ‘pathway of excellence’,” says Onalise Malik. “We will continue to do a lot of things the same, and will increase our research and development to produce the next generation product with increased safety advantages along with offering other new poured products.”

The company completes all installations by in-house crews, offers a factory warranty to all customers, and uses approximately 75% of recycled materials (recycled tires and post industrial scrap rubber) in its raw materials.

Pathway Surfaces is increasing its research and development budget by 20% in 2005. “We are looking to improve our current SAF DEK product, create new products, and develop and offer other surfacing products,” says Jack S. Rome, Jr. “We’ve been involved in the construction and surfacing of sports and recreation facilities for over thirty (30) years. We began as a recreational construction company and evolved into a rubberized poured-in-place playground safety surface company at our customers’ request (McDonald’s and Disney).”

The web site address will remain www.safdek.com and will be redesigned to incorporate the new company name and other improvements.
